Not-for-Profit Organizations
Working with a graduate school of business administration to reformulate
their overall strategy and course offerings. Our roles included survey
research, and conducting feedback sessions with employers who hire
graduates from this program.
__________
Working with one of the largest part time higher education programs
in the northeast to completely revamp their offerings and their marketing
approach. Our roles ranged from internal interviews with key program
managers, to a phone-based mystery shopping component, to feedback
/ planning sessions when the first set of changes were about to begin.
__________
For the U.S. Department of Defense, conducting several qualitative
research programs with active duty military personnel, reservists,
and dependents. The goals of each program differed, but most were
designed to learn whether or not the respondents knew how to access
and use their congressionally mandated medical and dental benefits.
When we discovered gaps in access or usage, our client was able to
refine their literature, marketing programs and related efforts, to
ensure that those who were supposed to be getting benefits were able
to do so.
__________
For a prestigious Physical Therapy program that had just experienced
a sudden drop in freshman enrollments, conducting surveys with students
who were accepted and matriculated at the client's program, as well
as those who were accepted but chose not to attend. Based on our work,
the client completely revised their recruiting process.
